# Veritrix Plans & Pricing: Free, Team, and Enterprise

> Compare Veritrix's Free, Team, and Enterprise plans — trace limits, retention, seats, and how to start a 14-day Team trial with just a credit card.

Veritrix offers three plans so every team — from a solo developer experimenting with AI agents to an enterprise running mission-critical workflows — can get the observability they need. All plans include the full trace waterfall, cost tracking, and CSV/PDF export. Upgrading is self-serve for the Team plan; no procurement process is required.

## Free plan

The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required to sign up. It's the fastest way to instrument your first agent and start exploring traces.

**Limits to keep in mind:**

* **10,000 traced events per month.** Events reset on the first of each calendar month. Once you hit the limit, new traces are dropped until the counter resets or you upgrade.
* **1 project.** If you need to observe multiple agent systems separately, upgrade to Team for unlimited projects.
* **7-day retention.** Traces older than seven days are permanently deleted. Export anything you want to keep before then.

  The Free plan never expires. You can stay on it for as long as it fits your needs and upgrade at any time without losing your existing traces (up to the retention window).

## Team plan

The Team plan is built for teams actively shipping AI agents in production. At **\$299 / month** you get five seats, one million traced events, 30-day retention, alerting, and Slack + email support — everything you need to run a reliable agent system.

**What's included:**

* **5 seats** — invite your whole team to collaborate on traces.
* **1,000,000 traced events / month** — enough headroom for most production workloads.
* **Unlimited projects** — create one project per agent, environment, or product surface.
* **30-day retention** — traces stay available for a full month.
* **Alerting & webhooks** — get notified when error rates spike or latency crosses a threshold.
* **Slack + email support** — reach a human on weekdays.

    Click **Start free trial** under the Team plan card.

    Fill in your payment details. You won't be charged until the 14-day trial ends.

  <Step title="Confirm and start tracing">
    Click **Confirm** — your account is instantly upgraded to Team for the trial period.
  </Step>

  No procurement process is required to start the Team plan. Any team member with the **Owner** or **Admin** role can initiate the trial from the Billing settings page.

## Enterprise plan

Enterprise is for organizations that need custom scale, compliance certifications, or on-premise deployment. Everything in the Team plan is included, plus:

## How to upgrade your plan

  <Step title="Go to Billing settings">
    In the dashboard, click your workspace name in the top-left corner, then select **Settings → Billing**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose your plan">
    Click **Upgrade** on the Team card, or **Contact sales** to start an Enterprise conversation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete checkout">
    For Team, enter your card details and confirm. For Enterprise, you'll be directed to schedule a call.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  Downgrading from Team to Free will immediately enforce the 1-project and 10,000-events-per-month limits. Any projects beyond your first will become read-only until you remove them or re-upgrade.
